You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
MBB Gorilla offers a Free tier and paid Starter and Elite tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price displayed at checkout. One-time purchases grant access for the period stated on the pricing page. EU/UK customers may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless the simulator has been substantially used.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account or paid content with others.
- Do not scrape, redistribute, or republish our questions or solutions.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, questions, branding, and code on the Service are owned by MBB Gorilla or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. No Affiliation Disclaimer
MBB Gorilla is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bain & Company, TestGorilla, SOVA, Pymetrics, or HireVue. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any real assessment or receiving any job offer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBB Gorilla's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
